PAYMENT:

Typically for the order from most countries the Consignee will pay an Advance Deposit 50% of goods value as per Pro-Forma Invoice.

Where CNF Shipping has been chosen, this may be included in the Pro-Forma Invoice, or the Commercial Invoice, at NTW discretion.

NTW send this document to the Consignee by email and they confirm it's been received either by reply email or phone call.

For countries where fraud is common, Advance Deposit 100% and, NTW at their discretion may simply refuse to accept an order.

NTW will advise the payment method for first orders, regular clients will be able to use direct T/T (ITT).

Note: If Consignee elects to use FOB Shipping the invoice from NTW is for goods & services only, however, if they have chosen CNF then extra is payable for the Freight onboard the Vessel to their nominated Port Of Arrival.

SHIPPING:

Nurture The World (NTW) Corp. provides two Shipping options -

(1) FOB where the Consignee pays all shipping, port, and Customs fees & charges when the goods arrive at their destination Port.

(2) CNF where NTW passes savings to the Consignee obtained from NTW Shipping Agent from shipping volume discount

When the consignment is ready, Proof of shipment is confirmed to the Consignee by email with copy Bill Of Lading & Commercial Invoice

On receiving these document copies, the Balance Payment is due in the next 24 hours weekdays or, 72 hours if a weekend.

INSURANCE:

MARINE Insurance is available at a price, however, NTW do not recommend foreign insurance.

The reason is simple, in the event there was a claim made how would you deal with a foreign based insurance company and their staff who may not even speak your language, across thousands of miles?

NTW recommends if you choose to have insurance you do this through a local based company that you know and with staff that speak your language and in your own country.

This is the safest choice

The data collected from our website is for NTW internal use only.

This data is never shared, sold, or given to any 3rd party, it remains confidential and is stored safe and secure.
